Running First Aid on “My Passport for Mac” (disk4s2) When I run first aid using the mac disk utility app, I get these messages but don’t understand what it means: I’ve run the drive tests on the WD Drive Utilities app and it says everything is fine and that the drive passes all the tests. But when I check the storage info, it shows that there are files inside, they just don’t seem to be appearing. I am able to connect and mount the disk but when I open the folder, the hard drive is empty. I tried to access my drive today from a different laptop because my mac isn’t working at the moment but now all the files are missing. I backed up my mac last month to my hard drive and everything was working fine.
